Ever since I went to "Hot n' Juicy" restaurant in Las Vegas, I was hooked on the asian-cajun seasonings. So, I found a copycat recipe on the intertubes and decided today's the day to make this at home.

Got a pound of head-on shrimp and 2 blue crabs, with baby red spuds and corn-on-the-cob also in the pot.

I cannot even begin to express how envious I am!

What a great dinner to have while watching the NH primaries.

Ground beef, black beans, corn and peppers baked in a tamale shell made with masa harina. Here's the recipe. The only changes i made were to the filling. And I used a deep casserole dish. Very tasty.

tried the meatballs from Trader Joe's and they were pretty salty. I prefer the turkey meatballs. Oh well.
