Here I am again, wanting soup, and it's a nice day. Not a cold day, not a rainy day, a sunny, nice day.
So I am perusing soup recipes. I will be back to post my choice.
Last night at the Portuguese restaurant, I had the most divine risotto. It had shrimp and spinach in it. In addition, the RG ordered ahi ahi tuna (yellowfin) topped with pesto. He only had a small portion, so I could have that tonight if I don't make soup.

Man, it was good... gotta make that again sometime. I made a salad to go with...
Also, I'm not a "dessert person", but I do like fresh fruit after dinner. Bought a cantelope (h/t to Cher for the idea earlier). Plan on eating 1/2 that puppy tonight - I sooo love that orange melon!
Day off from trial tomorrow, so I'll have time to make something else. Maybe something involving seafood...?
They were outstanding with cabernet sauvignon.
Glad you enjoyed the melon! I sure did, and I'm getting even more the next time I go to the market.
