What's for Dinner, Mon., April 4, 2016

Posting early today because I have a class tonight. The RG just made the most fantastic pasta sauce. He used pork necks and pork feet to make the stock for it. Lots of vegetables, and then pureed with the handheld blender.

He keeps giving me tastes and it's out of this world! He also bought about five bottles of wine and we are also having sliced heirloom tomatoes in vinaigrette with basil. We're having a friend come over lunch.

For dessert, bread pudding with ice cream.

Probably hot and citrusy curried chicken soup for me. Lipton's makes a good soup base, with chicken tenders, veg and noodles. Like ramen only way better.

Which I rarely eat (no cheese on my hamgurger usually), but - when you have a craving... I used Vermont Xtra-sharp cheddar.

with fresh onion and tomato, topped with 1000 Island dressing. Side of tater tots (yes, I said tater tots!), and I'll probably make a small salad later as a snack around 9pm.

ps: Closing arguments tomorrow, then we deliberate...
