What's for Dinner, Wed., Apr. 6, 2016

Appetizer: little BLTs, made with heirloom tomatoes.

Watercress with pear salad. Spicy citrus dressing.

Pizza, which I will make using a TJ's pizza crust. Roasted vegetables on top.

Cher

p.s. forgot to add a couple things. I was out shopping and went to Aldi's. I noticed on the circular for next week that they have a ceramic skillet on sale for $14.99, I think it is. Anyway, I bought one from another store and paid $3 more than this a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. It is such a time saver and safer than Teflon.

from the little taqueria around the corner. They have great salsas. Too hot to cook today, and the tacos are cheap!

I buy hothouse grown tomatoes from Canada this time of year and they are pretty good.

My farmers market opens in 3 weeks, but there won't be tomatoes for a long time after that!
