What's for Dinner, Passover, Fri., Apr. 22, 2016

First, Happy Passover to our friends who begin that celebration this evening.

I'm fixing nachos tonight. This is not something I usually make, but the other day the RG and I went out for happy hour, and we ordered some. They were pretty good! So I have lots of guacamole to use up, as well as salsa. Corn/mango topping, too.

It will just be me tonight, though, as the RG took off for Lima, Peru for a weekend business meeting.

My grandpa's recipe... with a crusty baguette.

Off to a seder on Saturday, I hear brisket is on the menu (mmmmmm.....).
