I'm going to warm up the lamb shanks in tomato sauce from our restaurant visit the other night.
Mixed vegetables in garlic/olive oil.
Glass of chardonnay.

Hardly any time today - been on the phone all day with my headhunter (staffing agency) trying to score a new position. I swear - some of these folks have no clue as to what I do, despite reading my CV.
Ugh.
Tomorrow will be an easier day for cooking.
These lamb shanks are so tasteless. I can't believe a dish so tasty in the restaurant could be so ho-hum at home.
So that's it for me--one or two bites and I decided to find something else for dinner tonight.
I'm searching for recipes now.
