What's for Dinner, Tues., May 24, 2016

Arugula rustica (from the garden) with parmesan shavings and toasted pine nuts/almonds. I just use olive oil and lemon juice as a dressing. Out of this world.

Green beans with garlic and olive oil

Chipotle-marinated pork loin roast.

sitting on a bread stuffing. Got the idea from America's Test Kitchen. A one-pan meal.
