Foods at the Iowa State Fair...what would you try?

I read an article about the fair yesterday and the part that caught my eye was the Funnel Bacon on a Stick.

"A thick strip of bacon weaved on a wood skewer is deep fried, dipped in funnel cake batter, and then deep fried again. Topped with customer’s choice of maple butter cream, caramel or chocolate syrup."

Then I checked out their site and there are quite a few interesting options.

What would you try? *

Ice Cream Nachos? The Slopper? The Duke?
