4oz Leftover grilled chicken breast, 1C savory mashed pumpkin (S&P, paprika, garlic powder, T parm, T bacon bits), spinach salad dressed with 2T Boathouse yogurt balsamic.

broccoli, tomato salad, a few field peas, and the last bit of Sunday's grilled turkey breast, the last of the apple cake.

I made a soup today with fire-roasted red peppers, tomatoes (home canned), onions, garlic, basil/oregano, and smoked gouda. After I blended it with the immersion blender, I thought it needed something else, so I threw in 1/2 bag frozen chopped spinach. Very good stuff.
