Clams, mussels, shrimp, squid, cod in a light red sauce. I may even throw in some chopped zucchini into the mix. A green salad on the side.

Tossed salad with raw veggies like red pepper, Persian cuke, etc. Using chipotle ranch dressing on this and there's this crunchy red bell pepper topping that is so good in this combination. Also a little Swiss cheese in the salad, too.

For dinner, chicken breasts with pesto and pasta. The pasta was made by the RG and has mascarpone and ricotta, I think, and also spinach.
