What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 19, 2016

It's hot here in the northeast, so I'm thinking a summer-type of dinner, like a burger on the grill with a salad on the side.

I might make my salad buratta with roasted red pepper, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped basil.

I would love to have watermelon for dessert, so I if I can find one, consider it purchased.

Not my night to cook, tho -- I'll be in the classroom till six, drag in home about 7 --

y'know, it's amazing how many ways there are to make lamb stew.

with avocado salsa. Pinto beans with cilantro, and Mexican rice. Grilled pineapple slices for dessert.

(I was going to have this for takeout, but convinced myself not to be lazy and make it myself. Heh!)
