What's for Dinner, Fri., Oct. 21, 2016

I’ve gotten as far as a tossed salad with raw vegetables and topped with ranch dressing. I have watermelon chopped up and chilling in the ‘frig (it’s still warm here in the east).

But as far as an entree goes, I’m undecided.

We had O'Charley's tonight. Quick walk from the hotel and not bad. I had broiled salmon, steamed broccoli, and baked potato. Hubby had prime rib, mashed potatoes, and a wedge salad. Two beers and two chardonnays later, we're happy.
