What's for Dinner, Fri., Feb. 17, 2017

Appetizer is flatbread with fromage blanc cheese flavored with lavender and honey.

Meatloaf with tomato sauce.

Root vegetables roasted with bacon.

Coleslaw with grapes and toasted almonds.

Mike's Mango.

For dessert, hot chocolate with pumpkin-chocolate biscotti.

in the oven. With a broccoli alfredo. (Can you tell I just picked up some parm reggiano?)

ps: Yes, I eat the wing tips. I think there are only a few people on this Earth that eat the wing tips, me and Chef Sara Moulton's husband...to name two.

4. Chicken salad sandwich

I had a left over rotisserie chicken, so I will add the most meat I could recover, 'organic' Helmans, chopped scallions, cider vinegar, white vinegar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.

I then will buttered both halves of a large English Muffin and grilled it on a skillet.

Then I will assembled the sandwich by placine UTZ potato chips on top of both English Muffin halves then a scoop of the chicken salad. I then will drizzle some really good balsamic vinegar on top of each and I will serve each half as an open face sandwich.
