Pork roast, but I'll have to post details later. The RG is cooking it. I'm late to the community garden session I'm leading, from which I may bring home some fresh coriander and interesting salad greens.
Anyway, we are having a guest tonight, so it will be an interesting meal, I'm sure.

I have an elderly aunt in assisted living and when I visit her, it surprises me how good the meals are.

(1,706 posts)found a couple of lonely chops in the freezer, so stir fry came to mind. With lots of veggies, it's a one-pot meal, which is nice on a lazy Sunday.

(17,483 posts)I worked a wedding ceremony yesterday afternoon, didn't sleep well last night, and then fell asleep this afternoon. I woke up as TJ was getting ready to go to work.
I'm feeling lazy, so it will be leftovers or perhaps an omelette. But first a mug of tea!
Edit - Clue arrived
Leftover navy beans with extra ham, grated cheddar and a toasted roll.
