Watercress pear salad. Little bits of gouda or parmesan, haven't decided which.
Crab risotto (ordered from a restaurant). Love risotto, but too time consuming for me to make in the summertime. This crab is to die for, though; I tasted it on the way home and it is like little pillows of crab. So succulent.

The Thai salad has a mix of cukes, onions, shredded carrots, yellow & red pepper topped with peanuts. Salad dressing is rice wine vinegar(this has lower acidity then white wine vinegar) sesame oil, minced ginger, red pepper flakes. It's a colorful healthy summer salad.

(32,982 posts)I make this with any crunchy veggies, but always with thinly sliced cukes & onions as the base. Enjoy.

(6,089 posts)Grilled center cut pork chops. Just salted and grilled to perfection. 4&1/2 minutes each side. Scalloped potatoes and chopped kale salad. Turned out delicious. Pork chops juicy, but done. Mmmm

(17,444 posts)with meat sauce, American style. It's a leftover. TJ made it. I added some shredded Parmesan cheese.
I might eat some salad later, but I am feeling tired, so I might not.

(5,666 posts)I made german choc cake last night for dessert tonight.
The roomie made beef kabobs with sweet peppers on the grill. Kept it simple with sticky rice for the starch.
We ate on the back patio while enjoying cocktails.
