What's for Dinner, Sat., Aug. 12, 2017

Steak au poivre.

Baby Yukon potatoes. Prol'ly with rosemary and garlic.

Corn, but not on the cob. Mixed with tomatoes, zucchini, olive oil, garlic, basil.

Dessert: apple tart w/a bit of vanilla ice cream on top.

We are going to have pasta salad, grilled chicken, corn on the cob and butterscotch cookies.

The band is working a wedding party in Alexandria, Va. BBQ, mac n cheese and Brussels sprouts on the buffet.

Too hot and humid to eat much.
