What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 4, 2017

Hey, I know it's fall and I should be dining on pumpkins, but I am still getting beautiful beefsteak tomatoes, so BLTs it is tonight. I am having them on English muffins: someone told me about this and is it ever good. The muffins are very fresh, too, as I just went over and bought them. So big beefsteak tomato slices, TJ's nitrate-free turkey bacon, and lettuce from the garden. I will prol'ly add a little sliced red onion, too, 'cuz that's so good on them.

A burger "through the garden" on a sesame roll
A leftover white potato half with butter and pepper
Leftover Southwest style protein blend (Birds Eye Steamer)

Some molasses spice cookies from the Mennonite bakery with my tea later on. It will have to be a robust tea, those cookies have some kick.
