Home made rosemary focaccia. I am going to make some spaghetti squash as a side .

It was called Portuguese soup with the firm Spanish Chorizo, chicken stock, onions, garlic, cubed potatoes. I accidently got Mexican Chorizo, it dissolved.
The focacci sounds like an excellent choice.

My wife bought kielbasa. Not. Good.

with pork. Chilies: roasted pasilla, Hatch and jalapenos. Roasted onion and garlic too. Avocado, cilantro, lime and tortillas on the side.

This is an egg cooked in spicy chunky tomato sauce. Chives on top of egg.

Mmmm

...tomorrow night it will be spaghetti squash with sausage and pasta sauce topped with shredded parmesan! ( its what I was planning for tonight until I remembered sisters birthday taco dinner)

and Italian sausages with mango and apple chutney.

Panzanella, which as you know is bread and tomato salad.

My fennel salad is off the menu.
