It's a quick and easy thing to throw in the oven when various family members will be eating anywhere between 7 and 9pm (meetings, after school activities, etc)

Mandarin orange salad and whole grain toast.
Heading for a cold and rainy day, tomorrow, so the soup sounded timely.
