22 to 24 pounds 5 to 5-1/2 hours
24 to 29 pounds 5-1/2 to 6-1/4 hours
The butterball help line is a really good resource too. . They saved me one year.

for at least one hour after cooking. This is a MUST in order for the juices to remain in the meat. Happy TG!
