We had planned to attend a neighborhood party and bring a dish (a big potato and arugula salad), but The Guy caught something and doesn't want to risk it), so I have lots of potatoes to use up. Not sure he's going to be of much help with the arugula.

Sorry The Guy is down with the crud. Make potato soup.

Use wings or chunks. First you dip your pieces in melted butter or oil, then into a blend of mostly grated parmesan cheese, with paprika, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, in a pan with non-stick foil (it WILL stick otherwise). Invented by Dana Carpender and totally delicious! Crust for those who cannot have breading.

Baked it at 425 on parchment paper. It's almost like fried chicken. I suppose I could do it with olive oil and I might try it 1/2 EVOO and 1/2 butter.

From Genius Kitchen...Easy One Pot Lentil & Rice and garlic naan. I tweaked the liquid, half veggie stock & water. Spices are garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, curry.
I'm coughing a bit and wanted easy and pungent. Garlic is good for colds right?
