(35,732 posts)First chopped onions, then the chard, chopped up. A little paprika, salt, and pepper. Then add raisins (I soak mine in advance in orange juice), top with toasted chopped almonds. It's outrageously good. I could have this every night of the week. I am planning a good-sized patch of Swiss chard this growing season!

(17,485 posts)TJ is cooking, so I'm quizzing her as I am typing this. I am surprised at the seasoning. We will see how it comes out.
Chicken breasts and thighs in the oven - The marinade had olive oil, garlic, rosemary and an Asian spice blend (cinnamon, fennel, anise, allspice, cloves and black pepper).

(36,893 posts)Black beans, corn, rice, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, green olives, salsa, tortilla chips, a squeeze of lime... on a bed of greens. My avocado was a bit smushy, so I will save it to smear a sandwich tomorrow.
