Thursday I roasted a chicken stuffed with veg, fresh herbs and garlic. Last night the 'remains' went into the crock pot, along with more veg and LOTS of garlic. 16 hour later - VOILA - I strained out the most amazing and rich broth.

The noodles aren't home made but one of these days I'm going to attempt to make my own.

We're dining out with friends. I'll probably have chicken vindaloo with aloo paratha and dahl.
