What's for Dinner, Fri., April 24, 2018

Going to a Japanese buffet tonight. This place offers a large selection, and what I like best are their salads. The sushi and crab rolls are also delicious.

The desserts are interesting because they are not very sweet, but are quite artistic. Each serving is very small, only about 1.5 x 2 inches

Stir fried onions, garlic, shredded carrots & cabbage with cooked ground turkey( you can use any meat you have. I used sesame oil, fish sauce & a small am't of olive oil to stir fry. Several large squirts of Go ChuJang sauce, mix. I topped this with sesame seeds.
