Grilled romaine (not from Yuma).

Dessert: chocolate roll-up crepe.

I took some, reduced it a bit, then poured it over mashed potatoes & a burger. Green beans & garlic on the side. Cold decafe tea.

I did grocery shopping Thursday night, and heads of romaine and some bagged salad mixes with romaine were still available, but I bet they aren't now.

I have a small garden, mostly for tomatoes, but maybe I'll plant some romaine to grow before the tomatoes take off.

We had chicken tetrazzini with broccoli instead of mushrooms.
