Tofu, eggplant, tomato, onion, and mushroom stir fry.
Broccolini with sheeps milk cheese sprinkled over the top.
Dessert: red and green grapes, topped with a little tapioca pudding.

(7,888 posts)I followed the MD's recommended diet and now...party hardy, need to gain weight. Orders reversed, gain weight while eating only fruits, veggies and not eat red meat or fried Chinese Shrimp? Fail

We're having salmon and farro with roasted broccoli & peppers.

Now and then I get dates mixed up. I honestly thought it was Thursday all day!
