What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 5, 2018

Tofu, eggplant, tomato, onion, and mushroom stir fry.

Broccolini with sheeps milk cheese sprinkled over the top.

Dessert: red and green grapes, topped with a little tapioca pudding.

I followed the MD's recommended diet and now...party hardy, need to gain weight. Orders reversed, gain weight while eating only fruits, veggies and not eat red meat or fried Chinese Shrimp? Fail

We're having salmon and farro with roasted broccoli & peppers.

With sausage mushroom and onion. I did not make it. A pear I picked yesterday was a satisfying light dessert.
