We've done salmon, pork tenderloin, French fries, chicken thighs, baked potatoes, shirred eggs. Did a great job on all of them! Don't hesitate to get creative!

Very easy to use. Simple presets but still flexible enough to do your own thing.

French fries (high quality frozen ones) 12 mins.
Chicken nuggets (chicken breast chunks dipped in egg and breaded with seasoned bread crumbs and flour mixture, lightly oil spray) 20 mins
Cod (done the same way as chicken nuggets) 15 mins
Mac and cheese done in the baking pan attachment buttered bread crumbs mixed with cheese on top 20 minutes
Baked potatoes, oiled and salted, end up crispy skinned and fluffy inside. 40 to 50 mins depending on size of taters.

I use the thing once or twice a week and have for over two years.

YouTube has a lot of ideas. I do lots of other things too, but this will get you started.

I do love it and use it often. It’s too big to leave out on the counter. I have a appliance drawer. I also bought all of the accessories- the bake pan, the grill pan and the second tier (used to have two tiers of food). It’s just my husband and myself so it’s perfect for us. I’m not sure it would be useful for a large family.

Sweet potato fries, rice balls, chicken thighs, pork chops.

Get a bag of potato starch to make things extra crispy.

I want to try fish and chips, so would it be better to buy frozen battered fish or fresh and do it yourself? How thick should the fish be, or does that matter? does the batter stay on better in an air fryer?

Is to place the fish fillets or steaks on top of sliced lemons. Makes it much easier to remove from the basket!

But dredge in flour, dip in egg, roll in seasoned breadcrumbs, spray very light coating of oil.

I use cod for this. I fry a basket of fries, then cook the fish, then crisp up and heat the fries for two minutes.

Another tip, add a bit of paprika to the breadcrumbs to get a lovely golden brown color to your crust.

Crispy and delicious.
