What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 25, 2018

Spaghetti squash cooked in the slow cooker, then tossed with herbs and parmesan. To go over it, I made tomato sauce with ground turkey. Topped with mozzarella.

Chopped green salad with the usual vegetables like cucumber, celery, and carrot; I am adding candied walnuts to sprinkle over the top.

To drink, pomegranate hibiscus kombucha.

corned beef, hard-boiled eggs, and the usual fresh salad veggie,s and some leftover steamed asparagus. Probably steam a potato for it too. We tend not to like sweet dressings, but I think I'll probably try a honey-mustard recipe. French bread and butter for my husband.

But the cauli rice turns me off. I do fake mac-n-cheese, fake-tato salad, even fake mashed potatoes. Maybe it's because I just don't like rice?
