I know the RG will never make them for me, but he goes to Switzerland for Christmas every year and I'll have I nice stretch of time to try this recipe.
I love these kinds of ribs, but I've always thought I could make them better myself.

When I do it again, Ill go a full day or two. The article links to a cucumber salad, that was good too and tasted like the salads you eat in china. Yum.
