What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 16, 2018
We bought some dinners at one of the Portuguese restaurants on the way home from the airport. Stuffed clams. Boiled whiting with potatoes and vegetables. You mash the potatoes and mix it with the whiting and then put olive oil over it; salt and pepper. It's such great winter comfort food, Portuguese style.
For dessert, chocolate mousse.
