I like the soup, but I have had my limit on it for this month.

Recycling yesterday's uneaten hamburgers.

Baked the bread bowls this afternoon, came out great.

I have a feeling it's called other things in other parts of the country.

It's elbow macaroni topped w/ a broth-y sauce of ground meat (I'm using beef but I have made it w/ turkey), canned diced tomatoes with the juice, olive oil, onion, garlic parsley and basil.

cookies & cream ice cream for dessert

sauce made with sriracha, apricot preserves, chives, ginger, garlic, and fresh OJ - it was delicious and quite spicey

from Epicurious. Even for my frozen tuna steak, I agree with everyone who have better ways to cook it. That said, we did think the sauce was very good. Last night I tried the extra sauce with chicken, as suggested, but not as a sauce to serve with. Instead I added some milk to it and then simmered it with chicken thighs and served with rice. Delicious, and a new favorite. I plan to also try the sauce as written with pork.
