Your dinner sounds wonderful.

We're starting with a homemade Caponatina Siciliana served with fresh Italian bread.

Baked chicken breasts coated with bread crumbs, thyme and rosemary mix. This will be accompanied with a portobello mushroom sauce, (heart healthy).

On the side, wild and long grain rice-- I always forget how long it takes to cook this!

Mixed green salad with red onions and the last of the cherry tomatoes.

It's been a beautiful and delicious week in the mountains. Back to the city early tomorrow.

So I decided on the ultimate! Turkey (breast) , stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cranberry sauce. Thanksgiving in February!

Four homemade meatballs...dry..no sauce...and certainly no spaghetti.

This was the fourth batch I've made this year. They are getting better.

By the way, I love these "what's for dinner?" posts!
