Polish deli: on his way home from a trip, the RG stopped at one and bought an assortment of items:
--pork pate
--chicken
--meatloaf
--fried fish
--cabbage-carrot salad
--cucumber, red pepper, & parsley salad
Looks like we'll have a little buffet tonight.
Dessert will be a chocolate meringue cookie.

We have some wild rice and broccoli to go with the fish.
Someone gave us more gourmet cupcakes today so theres dessert.

(22,117 posts)Baked shrimp, broccoli, sauteed onions, basil, and mozarella/parmesan cheeses, shell pasta. Dessert is also leftover French Apple pie I made last night.

(17,445 posts)I didn't feel like fixing anything as my back is acting up. I was looking at leftovers and spotted a half of a steak and cheese in the refrigerator. I believe it was from a restaurant near TJ's work. I warmed it up and it was so good. The onions were done just right and there was no silliness of lettuce, tomato or mayo. I am having some tea and a mandarin orange before bed. A cookie too I hope.
FLFC had a meaty mix of dark chicken and beef.
