What's for Dinner, Fri., April 12, 2019

Looks like meatball soup with vegetables. I just walked in and haven't consulted with "the chef" yet!

I'll make a salad with endive, Boston lettuce, fennel, and orange. Also one with cucumbers and mint.

For dessert, I picked up a piece of carrot cake at WF. We'll each have a piece about 1.5 inches square, in keeping with our lower sugar intake goal. But the tea! Oh am I excited about it. Wild orange. I first had it on my trip and it was so good I came home and ordered 3 packages! The RG will stick with his favorite--chamomile.
