(106,886 posts)1. Broiled swordfish, kale salad, rice.
Today was shopping day. I usually splurge on one item - this trip it was a nice piece of swordfish. The kale salad is a store bought mix - kale, red cabbage and carrots with a sesame oil dressing. The rice is Jasmine from my basic stock of stuff.
A good 20 minute meal - gotta love it.

I tend to go with salads and cold soups once it starts warming up. It was 81 degrees here today.
