This is an RG original creation: it's soup, but it has an Indian flair to it. There's a vegetable base and then three choices of what you want for a protein--beef, pork, or chicken. Top off with chopped cilantro and olive oil. I tasted it and can hardly wait for dinner time--it has such wonderful flavors.
Salad made with store-bought romaine and accents from my garden, like the frilly watercress and some other types of greens I'm growing. Cucumbers, snap peas, pea shoots, scallions, and maybe some sliced mushrooms.
Zucchini-parmesan herb pancakes. These are mostly vegetables held together with the smallest amount of flour possible. I'll use Einkorn flour.
Dessert will be chamomille and a few small vanilla wafers.

It was a 3-meat pizza and I added garlic, onion, bell pepper, ham and extra cheese.
I just didn't have it in me today, which means that like yesterday, I will have to be on my game tomorrow to make two dinners.
