Yep that was the start of my day.

Next up, plain Greek yogurt and a nectarine.

I had a turkey sandwich and some cheeze its.
The coffee I had earlier seemed extra hot for some reason so I didn't drink as much.

(55,019 posts)no calorie drinks, so black coffee (and unsweetened iced tea all day) - I'm almost as cranky as if it were no caffeine.
smoothies don't count as a drink (and mine only have dates or fruit for sweetness anyway) so I had one of them for today's breakfast.
