I'm participating in a golf tournament/medical fund-raiser and there will be food all day. The breakfast buffet has everything: scrambled eggs, hash browns, bagels, lox, cream cheese, fruits, cereals and more. Coffee of course and some folks will start the festivities with Bloody Marys.

Lunch on the course includes hot dogs, hamburgers and other sandwiches. Beer, of course.

The dinner buffet is ridiculous: beef, ham, salmon and pork with lots of sides and salads. Open bar. They even have an ice cream bar for dessert.

I'll try to not over-eat!

I'll join you in spirit 'cuz I'm going to have a lox and cream cheese, only on a wrap to save carbs.

Sounds like a fun day; I hope you raise plenty for the cause.

So far this a.m. I had a small bowl of macerated fruit: mango, kiwi, blackberries, and blueberries.
