What's for Dinner, Mon., July 8,2019

Posting early due to working late.

We're having burgers on challah rolls.

Slaw, and if I can convince the RG, some cauliflower tots.

We will split a piece of cheesecake for dessert. Cold tea to go with.

Chickpea Curry & Cold decafe tea. I now have muscle memory for this, I'm eyeballing amounts, tossing in onions, shredded carrots, glob of garlic, several slices of ginger.

Easy

Asparagus on the side just to use it up. Making bread even though it's a thousand degrees. What the hell, I'm already hot!

I nuked a frozen organic meal involving some vaguely Mexican brown rice and beans. Also made tiger salad, which is more Chinese. It was a lot tastier than expected.

Curried lentils with celery, zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots cooked in.
One of our favorites.
