in rum and sugar. He put up gallons of them, thanks to his mini-cherry orchard. He invited our extended family at Xmas to eat them with good Polish kielbasi, porgies, and sour mushroom soup. Good times.

I have about 1/2 pint and am going to use them to glaze some baby back ribs after making it into a sauce.

Haven't had them in years.

And resting in the fridge. Chocolate is melting now, then I will temper it and proceed with dipping.
