Love those dishes where it varies by what's at the market and in the fridge.

There was a potluck picnic for church today, for that I made a kind of mini salad bar with romaine, beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, etc. etc, with an avocado-cilantro dressing and a tomato-jalapeno dressing. I also brought some cantaloupe and strawberries that had some homemade mint syrup on them, garnished with some chopped mint.

And ... tonight we have a dessert! My son made cheesecake, to be served with raspberries YUM
