Do you have a fence that contains them...worried my cats who were house cats could get hurt. Demsrule86 Sep 2019 #8
I'm sure our fence wouldn't hold cats familiar with "outside." yellerpup Sep 2019 #9
Too bad...these are inside cats but one did climb the fence once...when he escaped. Demsrule86 Sep 2019 #11
I hope he made it back safe and sound. yellerpup Sep 2019 #12

I'm so thirsty this morning! I had two large glasses of cold water while the coffee was brewing.

I'll snag a banana on the walk to work.

We have two cats, both rescues and both BIG boys. Both apartment cats until last year when they first got to explore the well fenced yard of our new little house. They adore going out every morning as early as they can get me out of bed. Usually around 5AM!

We have wooden fences on two sides and chain link on the other two. My older cat (16) isn't curious now and the younger one (6) was too heavy and out of shape at first to jump over any fence. He was totally new to the great outdoors and seems quite comfortable in the yard. He did escape into the alley twice but after he was brought back the second time and the hole between our neighbor's fence and ours was mended, he hasn't even tried. He is not like a normal cat, he is our baby and he knows it.

I was hungry this morning...had scrambled eggs with a fat free cheese slice in them and a bit of ham. I also had two small WW protein bars that keep me full for hours and taste good...I never used to buy WW products because the ingredients were awful, but now they have some decent stuff...I can only eat a little bit of what they offer as I can't eat gluten. I also had a really good apple...and of course a latte...I keep extra milk the kind that you don't refrigerate until it is opened just in case I wake up to lumpy milk!

Late brekkie for me today. I had recorded last night's tennis match and was watching it this morning. Didn't want to miss anything, so I waited to eat.

Coffee

Sauteed some peppers and onions, and then added some leftover pot roast and then made an omelet out of it with some pepperjack cheese. Slice of toast w/ the homemade oatmeal bread. 1/2 banana.
