Breakfast Saturday 19 October 2019

Coffee & cream

I put Irish cut Oatmeal in my crock pot last night. Apples cubed, pecans & maple syrup. Smells wonderful. Still not ready yet, still a little too firm

Over which I could put a fried egg and some baby arugula. But I didn't and so I had a bowl of granola with a diced peach, a little agave, and some cashews.
