Korean vegetable pancakes, also known as "Vegetable Pajeon." They have an assortment of vegetables (whatever you have) and scallions in them. One ingredient is kimchi, and I was lucky to find some at the Korean stall at yesterday's farmer's market. I bought the spicy kind.
The sauce for the pancakes is made from soy, white wine vinegar, sesame oil. Here's the recipe, which I found at the NY Times. There's also a pic at the link.
Dessert will be chopped fruit (apples & grapes) and vanilla pudding. Also the last of the Paris Baguette pastries with chocolate.

(32,047 posts)Red, green, yellow, and orange bell peppers stuffed with a mixture of grass-fed ground beef, onions, garlic, and rice. I like to cut them in half. I pour some marinara sauce in the bottom of the pan before I put the peppers in.

Tossed green salad with baby spinach

(1,706 posts)I make a sauce with onion, garlic, zucchini, tomatoes that I chopped and froze in the summer or early fall, cannellini beans and black olives, to have over bowtie pasta. Garlic bread, pinot grigio, and dessert is the last few pieces of key lime pie from last night.
