I used a jar of pizza sauce, peppers, onions, garlic, sausage, pepperoni and 1 piece of cheese ravioli for each serving. That was the soup, which turned out thick and chunky. When I got a 1/2 cup serving, I topped it with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. With the ravioli, about 22 grams of carbs for 1/2 cup. Without the ravioli, about 8 carbs per 1/2 cup. Next time, I might add some broth, and increase the serving size. I did like the chunky texture, kind of like chili.
