Hasselback Potatoes

I came across this recipe this morning and they look delicious!

Can't wait to try them although the preparation has some fussiness to it.

For Thanksgiving, I made Fondant Potatoes using this recipe:

&t=4s

They were absolutely delicious with a rich creamy inside surrounded by a flavorful crisp outside. However, they were extremely messy to prepare and both the stove top and the interior of the oven needed cleaning because of all the splattering.

Enjoy!

"fondant" potatoes. Was thinking "dutchess" and that wasn't it. Kept googling cut potatoes and the hasslebacks came up.

Thanks... absolutely love potatoes. Wish so many of my friends and relatives didn't think white potatoes were like eating arsenic (ketos!)
