baked sweet potato, big lettuce salad with lots of veg, proscuitto, and goat cheese along with corn muffins.

4. Crab cakes

It's our last night on Cape Cod and we're going to make crab cakes, steamed asparagus and pan fried potatoes. We have an extra bottle of champagne from last night.

Fish is fresh never frozen...it was really good...all gluten free . I also made gluten free biscuits...drop biscuits using King Arthur's
gluten free flour. We had fresh fruit to round out the meal.

but when we went shopping yesterday, the red bell peppers looked great, so we had stuffed peppers.
