What's for Dinner, Wed., Jan.1, 2020

Going out with friends and we have no idea what restaurants are open, so I don't know what I'll be having. I'll post back later, though.

It's our last night on Cape Cod and we're going to make crab cakes, steamed asparagus and pan fried potatoes. We have an extra bottle of champagne from last night.

Fish is fresh never frozen...it was really good...all gluten free . I also made gluten free biscuits...drop biscuits using King Arthur's
gluten free flour. We had fresh fruit to round out the meal.

but when we went shopping yesterday, the red bell peppers looked great, so we had stuffed peppers.
