Does anybody know if cooking temperatures kill Covid-19?

If I bake potatoes, are the skins safe to eat?

1. yes, cooking should kill virus...unless it is served by hands contaminated with the virus

But, I think most viruses are killed at 150+ degrees.
And, I'm pretty sure the boiling temp of 212 will kill just about anything.
