Steamed baby bliss potatoes and on-sale asparagus! Nothing fancy, but all bases covered. Fresh pineapple for dessert.

things. It came out great, moist and flavorful, but the outside was charred. I just sliced it thinly and painted it with Carolina Red BBQ sauce. Homegrown asparagus, mashed potatoes, sauteed yellow squash, grape tomato salad with green onions, olive oil and balsamic.

My guest is gone now, so I have to pick up the slack. He really went out of his way to do some cooking while he was here, and I really appreciated it.

I needed to use up some fresh broccoli and that doesn't seem to go with slaw but for some reason he made slaw. (?)

Kids had potatoes, we had leftover quinoa.
