Fried eggs, sunny-side up, with two sausage links.
BTW, this was the very first time I made PERFECT biscuits. This time I grated half a stick of frozen sweet butter into the recipe and yes, buttermilk makes all the difference. Light and fluffy on the inside and crisp/tasty crusts.

Great combo, btw. Vanilla yogurt over the top, pecans. Ginger tea.
